The introduction of c. 400 student rooms, equivalent of 160 homes for the borough, will release pressure on housing in the local area.
The site is conveniently located close to multiple local higher education institutes. Imperial College’s Charing Cross Campus, The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and West London College are all within walking distance. We are also within a comfortable cycling distance of RCA and Imperial’s White City campuses.
Meeting a growing demand
Over 78,000 students in London are unable to access Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), meaning they must compete in the traditional rental housing market. With student numbers set to grow, there is an ever-growing need for specific, high-quality, purpose-built student accommodation, providing an environment which stimulates and improves educational outcomes.
Reef Group have secured an agreement with Imperial College London to occupy all the affordable accommodation within the PBSA.
